We’re currently looking for our next business development manager! In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to help grow our agency, chart your own course, and enjoy the financial and personal benefits that come along with it.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to incoming leads
• Generate new leads and opportunities via strategic outreach
• Procure relationships with prospective clients through a consultative approach
• Work with agency leadership to develop sales & marketing plans that align with growth objectives
• Prepare and present proposals
• Attend appropriate networking events
• Close deals and generate new business

• Strong marketing and advertising background and understanding of key principles
• Strong understanding of our service offerings and how we can best meet prospective client needs 
• Insatiable desire for growth
• Superior communication skills
• Ability to listen to prospect/client needs and communicate effective solutions
• Ability to collaborate and work well with others
• Ability to recognize strategic opportunities for agency growth
• College degree preferred
• 5+ years similar or relevant experience preferred, but will consider all outstanding applicants
• Must enjoy not being micromanaged

• Money
