What You’ll Do
- Procure relationships with prospective new clients
- Work with agency leadership to develop sales plan that aligns with growth objectives
- Prepare and present proposals in conjunction with creative team
- Attend appropriate networking events
- Work with existing prospect list, while adding to it where appropriate
- Meet and exceed sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, sincere personality
- Strong marketing and advertising background and understanding of key principles
- Strong understanding of our service offerings and how we can best meet prospective client needs (we’ll educate you, of course)
- Self-motivated and driven
- Fun and lighthearted
- Super excellent communication skills
- Ability to listen to prospect/client needs and communicate effective solutions
- Ability to work well with others; be open to sharing and receiving insight
- Ability to recognize opportunities for agency growth
- Be genuine (i.e. not a sleazy salesperson)
- 4-year degree preferred
- 5+ years similar or relevant experience preferred, but will consider all outstanding applicants
- Must enjoy not being micromanaged
