In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to help grow our agency, chart your own course, and enjoy the financial and personal benefits that come along with it.


What You’ll Do

  • Procure relationships with prospective new clients
  • Work with agency leadership to develop sales plan that aligns with growth objectives
  • Prepare and present proposals in conjunction with creative team
  • Attend appropriate networking events
  • Work with existing prospect list, while adding to it where appropriate
  • Meet and exceed sales goals

 


What We’re Looking For

  • Outgoing, sincere personality
  • Strong marketing and advertising background and understanding of key principles
  • Strong understanding of our service offerings and how we can best meet prospective client needs (we’ll educate you, of course)
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Fun and lighthearted
  • Super excellent communication skills
  • Ability to listen to prospect/client needs and communicate effective solutions
  • Ability to work well with others; be open to sharing and receiving insight
  • Ability to recognize opportunities for agency growth
  • Be genuine (i.e. not a sleazy salesperson)
  • 4-year degree preferred
  • 5+ years similar or relevant experience preferred, but will consider all outstanding applicants
  • Must enjoy not being micromanaged
